School Fete
JN reported that things were progressing well. Raffle tickets have been sent out and the stall packs for the class reps would be going out on Friday 12th May. The Fete planning team is striving to get sponsorship for the individual stalls e.g. roller racers go karts, candy floss, bar. JN stressed that advertising for the programme was tough as there was likely to be stiff competition with St Gregory’s approaching the same businesses.

JN showed the first drafts of the posters from the poster competition.

JN to organise space outline for colouring activity.

JN mentioned that RSK (Robertson Smith Kempson) have offered sponsorship of the bouncy castle want to issue branded world cup wall-charts, JN will be approaching AR for his approval.

Chris Hainstock suggested ‘T-Minus’ countdown letters – and would reflect this on the website.

Jeff Beeson mentioned that AR is planning a TV hook up for the World Cup match being played on 24.6. JN to chase AR for link for the projector.

Football Event

Jeff Beeson has approached teachers, but their involvement in the event is dependent on their workload, further discussions to take place after half term followed by a trial run.
